The “founding father” of the company Stuart has been a constant in the business. Purported to be the hardest working employee and the lowest paid his dedication to his work and his employees is immeasurable.
Stuart started out in business in 1981 and worked diligently for many years within the roofing and construction industry. In 1994 Stuart diversified his skills and ventured into the Asbestos Industry becoming one of very few professional licensed contractors in Ireland at that time. Richard May Director / General Manager
Richard joined AAES as a director in December 2011, alongside Stuart Jnr. Together they have overseen the year on year growth of the building maintenance and civil works division. ( Now known as Taylor construction )
With over 9 years' experience in the building trade, Richard specialises in Construction Health and safety and spearheads the development of the companies contract portfolio.
Richard is an avid sportsman who utilises his experience gained playing rugby and football to lead from the front. A team leader he understands how to extract the best from the people around him and keep work ethic and moral high throughout the company.

Stuart R Jameson Building Contracts Director
Stuart joined AAES in 2011 as our Contracts Director. Along with Richard, he has over seen the yearly growth of Taylor construction.
With over 30 years experience of the construction industry, Stuart has a wealth of knowledge in built up felt roofing and civil works. This gives him the strong platform to lead our team as our Primary Contracts Director
Within his role as Contracts Director, Stuart has many responsibilities such as the day to day running of the contracts division. His roles include overseeing all our construction projects, managing a good working relationship with our clients, conducting meetings with the site and office team, forming a line of communication between the client, customer and building team. Stuart’s commitment to the role has ensured that Taylor Construction have continually grown over the years, while maintaining an extremely high standard of work.

Louise Anderson Office Manager
Louise joined AAES Ltd in 2012 as one of only two office staff members for administrative and accounting functions. Initially her responsibilities included accounts adminstration, assistant to Richard May and Stuart R Jameson, and shared receptionist duties. She also served the asbestos division for a time prior to her maternity leave in 2016 when Paula Kelly took over this role.
As AAES Ltd has grown, so have Louise's responsibilities. She now oversees all the administration for the building maintenance, groundworks and roofing divisions, co-coordinating all the contracts and ensuring all required paperwork is present and completed. Alongside this, she is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the office as a whole.
Prior to coming to work for AAES, Louise managed the office for a plumbing company in her home town of Lurgan so was no stranger to the construction industry. In her school years she attended Queen's University where she obtained a degree in Legal Science which has proved invaluable to the company in regards to our HR department.

Graeme Stevenson Quantity Surveyor
Having worked in the industry for several years since completing his Quantity Surveying degree Graeme has gained invaluable experience in key areas of the Construction sector, utilising his skills to become a valued member of the team either in the office with his calculator and scale rule, or commanding the Site with his tape and measuring wheel.
With a thick skin and able to think on his feet, Graeme performs his role in Taylor Construction with integrity and an honest professionalism.
Garry Dickson Contracts Manager
Garry is our Contracts Manager and a part of our team we definitely could not do without. He ensures smooth work flow, during even our busiest periods, for AAES/Taylor Construction services using his well structured method of working. His knowledge and experience of the Construction industry are invaluable to AAES/Taylor Construction Services and his direct nature ensures that all jobs under his supervision are completed to the highest standards.
Garry has previous overseen a varying range of projects including both commercial and domestic. His ability to problem solve and work with clients, suppliers and the team ensure a harmonious and successful working relationship on all our projects with is an enormous benefit for our company

Jamie Hull Senior Supervisor
Jamie is an invaluable member of our team. He works with his team to ensure that all our Groundworks are delivered to the highest standards possible. He is extremely proficient and works with his team to keep them motivated to complete our projects on time and to the highest standards.
His skill set in his specialised trade are top quality and he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise which is an advantage on all our work sites. Jamie is liked by all and is a firm favourites amongst our team. He continues to raise the standards pushing AAES/Taylor Construction Services to the top of their game.

Amanda Lawson HSEQ Administrator
Amanda joined AAES in March 2011 and assisted in setting up of our Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental and Investors in People systems.
She is responsible for ‘cracking the whip’ to ensure that all necessary policies and procedures are adhered to and that all required record keeping and paperwork are being completed to ensure that AAES retain their Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental and Investor in People accreditations.
Coming from a construction administrative background of almost 20 years she is fully aware of the procedures required to ensure the smooth running of these systems.
With her sarcastic sense of humour and bluntly honest opinion you can ensure that once you meet her you won’t forget her.

Paula Kelly Asbestos Administrator
Paula joined AAES in 2016 to assist with administration duties in the Asbestos Abatement Division.
She is responsible for all administration and customer enquiries regarding Asbestos removal, disposal and management. She is also responsible for keeping records and preparation of all paperwork associated with the transport of asbestos materials.
Coming from a Customer Service and Construction administrative background of over 30 years she has mastered the skills to communicate with clients on a one to one basis catering for each of their individual needs.
She prides herself on her attention to detail and organisation skills required to deal with day to day tasks in an efficient manner.
From the Board Room to the Ballroom Paula enjoys nothing more than a cha-cha or quick step and is a keen dancer at any opportunity.

Bryan Archer Accounts Adminsitrator
After studying Business Studies and Maths at school Bryan took his first position as an accountant technician for an accountancy firm. He worked his way through this firm to a part trained accountant. After working there for 8 years he moved to AAES/Taylor Construction Services as their Accounts administrator.
He is responsible for the day to day running of the accounts department including production of sales invoices, processing of purchases. Bank reconciliations, VAT returns, CIS payments and assisting with the wages production.
He also oversees the companies ordering, shopping around to get the best possible quality materials at the best value. Budgeting like our very own Chancellor of the Exchequer.
His kind and gentle yet direct to the point nature makes him a firm favorite both in our own team and with both customers and suppliers alike.

Lauren Brownlee Office Junior
Lauren joined our team in August 2017 as the Office Junior.
Her main duties are to man the reception area in the afternoon. She will also be trained to assist with the Quality Management, Environmental Management and Contracts Management Divisions.
Having previous office experience, she quickly adapted and has become a valued member of the team.
